Westyles is proud to have in-house embroidery, utilizing state of the art equipment and highly skilled professionals to produce impeccable embroidered garments. To further enhance our embroidery capabilities we also have in-house digitizing. Using software produced by Tajima, the most respected name in the industry, we can produce your embroidered logo, from your artwork, to your exacting specifications.

The cost of digitization is relative to the size of your logo or design. One time disk charge of $25.00 per 1,000 stitches. Minimum charge of $50.00. An average left chest design ranges from 3,500 to 7,000 stitches.

There are three factors that can increase the price of a crest:

1. Complicated design
2. "Fill in" stitching in a logo that covers 25% or more of a crest.
3. General cover stitching over 60%.

• All orders submitted are subject to approval as to quantities, style availability, and artwork feasibility.
• Prices based on up to a maximum of nine colours.
• Add 15% to all leather products.
• Add 20% if metallic thread is included.
• Designs exceding 20,000 stitches are subject to price quotation.
• There may be a surcharge for unusually complicated or difficult orders.
• Keep in mind that the embroidered artwork may differ slightly from the original due to the nature of the medium.
• Minimum lettering size is 1/4¦ high.
• When going ahead with the digitization many clients opt for getting their logo done in different sizes, for left chest or hat, nape of neck, sleeve and full back. This is more economical in the long run and provides our clients with a variety of sizes to work with. However if you are budget conscious we suggest limiting yourself to left chest size. Generally a left chest design can also be embroidered on a hat, depending on the hat style.
